New Patient Consultation

A thorough evaluation of your current and past health history is done to determine a care plan based on your personal needs. This may include previous labs, imaging, diagnostic testing done prior to the visit.

Annual Exam

The preventative annual gynecological exam is done to check for common health issues that women face, and provide an opportunity to discuss health prevention and health maintenance recommendations for your age and health history.

Established Patient Follow Up

Follow up visits for review of treatment plan, review of diagnostic testing, and reevaluation of your individualized needs. This may include medication management, refills, new health concerns, and discussing new treatment options. This appointment type should not be chosen if you are a new patient to Adaptive Health Consultants.

IV Therapy

Self-care amplified! IV therapy for many health conditions, health prevention, and health optimization. Commonly referred to as "Biohacking" we now have access to these amazing tools to help us reach our potential.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine appointments give you the freedom to access your visit via computer or smartphone for your convenience. Only available to Oregon and Idaho patients. Pending licenses in other states- please inquire.

Platelet Rich Plasma Injection

PRP procedure booking requires a blood draw prior to your scheduled visit with the provider, please be sure to call or message the office to ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly and you are aware of the recommended arrival time and appropriate preparation.
